C&D Vending Services is a local business in Charlotte, North Carolina that focuses on meeting business needs for companies in Mecklenburg County and surrounding areas. We seek to help companies elevate customer and employee satisfaction by providing a service that is easy and efficient. As a means to achieve this goal, we are flexible in many of the options we offer, as well as a varying degree of customization. We look forward to working with you!
Meet Christopher
Christopher Banks is a long time business professional with a background of 15+ years in sales and customer service. He has experience in management and has spearheaded teams with annual goals in excess of a million dollars and challenging responsibilities.
Christopher is passionate about helping to elevate and develop workspaces through vending. With his years in the service and sales fields, he is able to leverage that experience into delivering an inclusive service with an employee and customer-centric emphasis. Chris believes the satisfaction of customers and employees is an incredibly important key to the success of any business, big or small; and is determined to play a role in helping local companies in improving upon their achievements.
Christopher is currently using C&D Vending Services as the operating foundation for that belief and is always open to partnering with local companies for their needs.
Meet Darcele
Darcele is no stranger to hard work. She started working at the age of 13 and has over 20 years of experience in customer service. Her business management knowledge and background includes real estate, art, apparel, transportation and food service to name a few.
Looking around at the industry, Darcele could tell there was a need for her specialized approach to consumer vending. Many small businesses were at a loss not being able to afford the service fees requested of them by large vending companies. C&D Vending Services was launched on the belief that every business should be able to provide affordable vending services specific to their needs.
Darcele's administrative background makes her instrumental in running the day to day business needs and making sure your experience as the consumer is always pleasant and consistent. Her motto is simple "Hunger Is Not An Option."
